360° Customer Service Cockpit
For a major public transit company, I designed the customer service cockpit and also developed the frontend as part of the development team. Through user interviews and multiple usability tests, we created a tailored application that makes complex customer and order data quickly accessible. With measurable success: subscription setup now takes 5 minutes instead of 2 weeks.
Innovation Coaching
From 2022 to 2024, I supported SachsenEnergie as a Design Thinking facilitator and UX designer as part of their "Ideenschmiede" (idea forge) initiative. Across multiple innovation sprints, I facilitated workshops where we explored problem spaces and developed concrete solution ideas. Afterwards, I created storyboards and interactive prototypes that were tested with customers and pitched to the management board.

For over 16 years, I've been working in digital product development. Since 2026, I'm freelancing and happy to help you build digital solutions that solve real problems and create measurable value. I combine human-centered design with AI-assisted web development.
With the AI boost from Claude Code, I can accomplish what used to require an entire team just a few years ago. But I don't do "vibe coding": I orchestrate the AI step by step, review every line, and complement the results with my own code. This way, I leverage the speed gains on straightforward tasks while still ensuring high quality.
